Two people have been injured and one person has been arrested after a pistol-whipping incident at Commonwealth Stadium.

University of Kentucky Police Chief Joe Monroe tells media outlets that just after the University of Kentucky vs. University of Louisville football game ended on Saturday, police received multiple reports of a man with a firearm in the stadium parking lot. Monroe says when police arrived, they found that a man had hit two people on the head with a handgun after an argument escalated. Paramedics treated both at the scene.

Police arrested 59-year-old Paul G. Walters and charged him with second-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment. No students were involved.
