An Oklahoma man was arrrested Monday in Marshall County after his vehicle was spotted traveling west in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 24.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office stopped the vehicle operated by 55-year-old Randy Holland.
He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine.
