A Marshall County woman was arrested on drug charges Friday after a traffic stop.
Kentucky State Police say a trooper pulled over a vehicle about 6 pm and spoke to the driver, 33-year-old Amber Howard of Briensburg. Police say several suspected baggies of methamaphetamine were found during the stop, along with numerous pills and drug paraphernalia.
Howard was arrested and taken to Marshall County Jail. She is charged with 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance (1st offense), two counts of 1st degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone and alprazolam), possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription not in the proper container.
