Two women face multiple drug charges in Marshall County.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, late last week, a deputy was at a home on French Drive serving civil papers, when he reportedly observed items of contraband.

Two women at the home, Emily Peck of Benton and Heidi Wilson of Lexington, were arrested.

Peck was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence. Wilson was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container and tampering with physical evidence.

Both were lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
