Two People Face Meth, Other Charges in Mayfield

Two people were arrested on drug and trespassing charges Tuesday afternoon in Graves County.

According to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, just before 4 pm, deputies received a complaint of an SUV behind Driver Motor’s in Mayfield that was possibly conducting drug activity. Deputies located the vehicle on the KY 121 Bypass at KY 97 in Mayfield and conducted a traffic stop.

The two people inside the vehicle, 30-year-old Teresa Heath and 30-year-old Tyler Heath, gave deputies consent to search the vehicle. During the search, deputies found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

Both were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal tresspassing. They were taken to the Graves County Jail.
