Two people were arrested in connection to a shooting last month at a Mayfield convenience store.

The Mayfield Police Department says officers responded on April 24 to Lucky Mart on West Broadway in reference to a fight in progress in the parking lot. When police arrived at the scene, everyone had fled the area.

Police said 34-year-old Dominique Redd was involved in an altercation with another man. According to police, Redd's girlfriend, 27-year-old Jessica Siordia, fired a handgun at the other man's vehicle.

Arrest warrants were obtained for Redd and Siordia. Redd was located at his home on Monday. He was placed under arrest without incident and lodged in the Graves County Jail.

Siordia later turned herself in at the jail, once she was made aware of an active warrant for her arrest.

Redd was charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Siordia was charged with 1st degree wanton endangerment.
