State Police arrested an Oklahoma man Friday morning on drug charges after a traffic stop on I-24.
According to Kentucky State Police a trooper stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-24 shortly before 11 a.m. Police said the driver, 47-year-old Matt Brougher of Tulsa, OK gave them consent to search the vehicle, and they reportedly found $32,000 in cash, about a gram of cocaine and five grams of marijuana.
Troopers arrested Brougher and charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance and careless driving.
Brougher was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Facility.
