Two people face drug charges in Graves County.

According to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, deputies received a tip on Tuesday that a wanted subject was at a home on Central Road. When deputies arrived at the home, 19-year-old Caitlin Burgess of Mayfield got out of a vehicle and started walking toward the back yard.

As deputies approached the woman, they discovered 19-year-old Tyson Chambers of Mayfield trying to enter the home through a window on the second floor. Both Chambers and Burgess were detained.

Deputies say a glass pipe with methamphetamine was found in Chambers' pocket and he was placed under arrest. After a search of their vehicle, another glass pipe was allegedly found and Burgess was arrested.

When deputies arrived at the Graves County Jail, Burgess was found in possession of a container of methamphetamine.

Chambers and Burgess are both lodged in the Graves County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
