According to the Murray Police Department, Detectives Angel Clere and Andrew Wiggins were promoted to the rank of sergeant, and sergeant Jay Herndon was promoted to Captain.
Sergeant Clere has served the city of Murray as an officer for 15 years. The last 12 of those years she has served within the investigations division, and will continue to lead that division as the Detective Sergeant.
Sergeant Wiggins has served Murray for the last seven years. He has served as a senior patrolman, and over the last two years he has served as a detective within the Investigations Division.
Captain Herndon has also served Murray for 15 years. He served as a senior patrolman for many years, then as a Sergeant for four years.
