TN Man Hurt in Calloway Semi Rollover

A Tennessee man was hurt Thursday afternoon when the semi he was driving ran off the road and overturned.



At around 12:10 pm 32-year year old Dusty Carter of Lexington, TN was driving a semi truck hauling logs on U.S. Highway 641 just south of Murray. Police said the back wheel of the trailer dropped off the right shoulder of the road, causing Carter to lose control. The semi then overturned, spilling the logs onto the road. Carter was ejected from the vehicle and taken to Murray Calloway County Hospital for treatment of his injuries.



US 641 was shut down for about four hours to allow for investigation and cleanup of the crash site.
