TN Fugitive Nabbed in Fulton County

A man wanted in Tennessee for an alleged child rape was located in Fulton County late Friday night and taken into custody without incident.

The Fulton Co. Sheriff's Dept. says 30-year-old David Bradley Hopper of Tiptonville, TN was located at a residence on St. Rt. 2134 at 9pm Friday, after receiving information from Lake County, TN officials that he may be there.

Hopper is charged with rape of a child (12 yrs. old), and being a fugitive from another state. He is held in the Fulton Co. jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

Hopper is scheduled to appear in in Fulton District Court May 21.
