A man in Hopkinsville was charged with wanton endangerment after he allegedly fired his gun during a fight over a basketball game on Saturday night.

According to WKDZ, Hopkinsville Police say 62-year-old Timothy McWilliams got into a physical fight with a homeowner on McLean Avenue over a basketball game, and turned over a table in the home.

He then reportedly went to his car and got a gun, allegedly firing it at the homeowner.

No one was injured in the shooting, but McWilliams was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for injuries to his face from the fight.

McWilliams was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and public intoxication.
