Sheriff Ups Patrols after ATV Damage to Property

Graves County Sheriff Jon Hayden says his department will add extra patrols in areas where ATV riders have recently damaged private property.

Hayden says residents in the areas of Boyd Road, Williard Road, and Kingston Road reported over the weekend several incidents involving ATV riders tearing up private property along county roads.

Hayden said deputies will add extra patrols between Wingo and the Water Valley areas of Graves County.

"We would ask those that ride in these and all areas of Graves County to respect all private property and obey all laws pertaining to riding of ATVs and illegal trespassing statutes." Hayden said.
