According to the Carlisle County Sheriffs Department, a man came into the A1 Liquor Store in Bardwell at around 10:00 pm Saturday, January 12th.
The suspect pulled a gun, assaulted two employees, and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot. One of the employees was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield for treatment, the other was treated at the scene.

Deputies said the suspect was wearing a black hooded top, blue jeans, work boots, gloves, and a face mask. They believe he may be driving a white full-sized four door Chevrolet pickup.
