A Sedalia man faces drug and gun charges after a weekend incident in Graves County.

Deputies said Darrel Moore called police early Sunday and said someone had hacked his checking account and he needed to speak with a deputy. He also reportedly told them he was high on marijuana.

When deputies arrived at Moore's home, he told them he had made a deal to purchase $2,400 worth of methamphetamine from someone. Moore said he backed out of the deal at the last minute, but he thinks the man hacked into his account and got the money anyway.

Deputies said Moore took them to a closet in his bedroom, where marijuana and other paraphernalia were found. Two guns were also reportedly found in the bedroom, along with a bag containing approximately two grams of suspected methamphetamine and about $2,400 cash.

Moore was arrested and charged with possession of meth, firearm enhanced, possession of marijuana, firearm enhanced and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was booked into the Graves County Jail.
