According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, a section of KY 135/Tolu-Carrsville Road in Crittenden County will close during the day on Thursday, October 17.
The road will close at mile marker 4.8 just west of the Tolu community which will allow for repairs of a large base failure. The closed section is halfway between KY 297/Elizabethtown Ferry Road and KY 723.
The closure will begin at approximately 8 AM directly after the morning bus run, and is expected to reopen by 2:30 PM the same day.
Those driving through the area will be able to detour through KY 297 and KY 723.
