Varuna Entertainment, in association with ACR Productions, will host a casting call for a possible reality show at Buzzard Rock Marina in Kuttawa. Anyone interested in being on television, especially if you use the marina regularly, is encouraged to come.
The call is scheduled for 11:00 am Saturday, May 25. Please allow 10-15 minutes per interview.
Buzzard Rock's Melissa Pederson said the producers were entertained during conversations with some staff members, and are coming back this week to talk to some boat owners who use slips at the marina, in addition to the public casting call.
Pederson said the production company is associated with A&E Productions, which has produced several shows including "Southern Fried Stings" on TruTV. They are currently shopping a couple of shows to other networks as well.
