Kentucky State Police from Post 2 are asking for assistance from former students at two western Kentucky high schools as they continue their investigation into a principal and teacher.

On October 13, KSP's Electronic Crime Branch arrested 36-year-old Stephen Kyle Goodlett on more than 60 charges related to possession or distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Troopers are asking anyone who attended Elizabethtown High School from 2010 to 2012, or LaRue County High School from 2012 to 2016, and had their cell phone confiscated by school staff, to contact the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch via email at KSP.ECB@ky.gov.

Goodlett was arrested after a complaint was filed with Elizabethtown Police that he was sharing images of child sexual exploitation online. WAVE-3 News in Louisville reports that electronic equipment from Goodlett's home was seized as evidence, and he was taken to Hardin County Detention Center. LaRue County Schools suspended Goodlett from his job the next day.

This is the second arrest of a staff member at the school in less than a month. WAVE-3 reports that the girl's basketball coach, Kelton Ford, resigned on September 20 after he was indicted on a first degree sexual abuse charge related to a female student.
