Between 1 - 5 am on Saturday or Sunday

Exceptions include if the minor is with their parent or guardian, or if the parent or guardian notified police of the reason in advance. Other reasonable defenses include interstate travel, school- or work-related travel, or if the minor is married, immediately outside their home, in an emergency, or exercising their first amendmnent rights (with written permission from a parent or guardian).
