Missing Teen Sought in Livingston County

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a missing juvenile.

Deputies say 16-year-old Ruth Ellen Wailgum of Grand Rivers is white female, 5'3" tall, 110lbs. She has shoulder length, purple and red hair, and green eyes. 

Anyone with information about Wailgum's location is asked to contact the Livingston County Sheriff's Office at 270-928-2122.
