Director Jackie Herndon said the cancellation is due to several reasons, with the main one being the loss of the building in which the event has previously been held.
“This has been a good fund raising event for us but this year, there have been so many obstacles in the way that it finally caused the board to make this decision. It is something that we plan to re-visit in the future.” says Director Herndon. “We want to thank everyone who has worked so hard and given countless hours for the past success of the yard sale. It could not have happened without the support of the wonderful people of Mayfield and Graves County.”
