The man that police say killed his ex-girlfriend and her teenage son and led police on a multi-state search that ended Friday in Ohio has been booked into jail, according to the Dayton Daily News.

According to the newspaper, 41-year-old Terry Froman was released from Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and is now in the Warren County Jail. Froman is charged with aggravated murder in Warren County, Ohio. He faces murder and kidnapping charges in Graves County.

Froman will be arraigned Thursday in Lebanon Municipal Court.

Kentucky authorities say Froman went Friday morning to the Mayfield home of his ex-girlfriend, 34-year-old Kim Thomas. When he was approached by Thomas' 17-year-old son, Michael “Eli” Mohney, Froman shot him twice at close range, according to Graves County Coroner Phillip McClain.

Froman, of Brookport, IL, was caught Friday on Interstate 75 near Middletown, Ohio, about 360 miles from Mayfield. Thomas was found dead in the back of Froman’s white SUV near mile marker 31 on northbound I-75. Warren County Deputy Coroner Doyle Burke told the newspaper that Thomas was found naked and bloody. He said she was likely shot multiple times. It's still not clear if Thomas was shot in Ohio or Kentucky.

Funeral services for Thomas and Mohney are set for Wednesday afternoon at His House Ministries in Mayfield. Click the link below to read the newspaper article.
