Mayfield Men Arrested on Drug Charges

The Mayfield Police Department arrested two men on drug charges over the past week.

According to police, 39-year-old Bradley Baker of Mayfield faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Officers received information about drugs being at Baker's home on Backusburg Road. Baker gave officers consent to search his home, where they found methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

In a separate case, 26-year-old Michael Embrey of Mayfield faces charges of possession of synthetic drugs and public intoxication. Police said Embrey was found walking on Maple Street while under the influence of drugs. Officers also reportedly found a bag of synthetic drugs on Embrey.

Both Baker and Embrey were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
