A traffic stop early Saturday morning in McCracken County led to a meth arrest.

McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies say they received tip of a drug transaction that was occurring at a local Five Star on Lone Oak Road. Deputies located the vehicle in question, and conducted a traffic stop.

When deputies searched the vehicle, they reportedly found methamphetamine inside a pizza box. A passenger in the vehicle, 46-year-old Kerry Kendall, of Mayfield, was determined to be the owner of the meth.

Kendall was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
