State police said 57-year-old Harvey Pittman of Mayfield was traveling north on KY 1377 when he lost control of his vehicle in a curve. His vehicle left the road, struck an earth embankment and overturned.
According to police, Harvey was not wearing his seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Carlisle County Coroner.
