“My wife and I grew up in Mayfield and Graves County, and we knew this is where we wanted to raise our two children,” Wright said. “I love this area, its home, but I look around and I see that we can do better for our community and better for our children, and I want to go to Frankfort and do that. I look forward to getting out in the district and meeting new people and seeing old friends and learning from them over the next few months and I hope to have the opportunity and honor of serving them next November in Frankfort, because I truly believe that together we can work to bring prosperity back to this area.”
Wright moved back to Mayfield in 2011 with his wife Heather (Boggess) Wright and their two children Zachary and Hannah. He is the co-owner of Kemp & Wright, PLLC in Mayfield.
