According to the Benton Police Department, an officer presented evidence to the grand jury on Tuesday, and they returned an indictment against 18-year-old Jack Hendrickson of Benton for unlawful transaction with a minor, trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense, and wanton endangerment 1st degree.
Hendrickson was arrested Thursday on the indictment warrant and taken to Marshall County Jail.
