Marshall Co. Judicial Building Briefly Evacuated

Everyone in the Marshall County Judicial Building was forced to evacuate Thursday morning.

According to a person at the Sheriff's Department, smoke was detected about 10 am and the evacuation order was given.

Employees were allowed back into the building about 90 minutes later. 

The origin of the smoke is not yet known.
