A Marion woman faces theft charges, after police say she was caught using a stolen credit card.

According to the Livingston County Sheriff's Department, 20-year-old Morgan Driver, of Marion was arrested Friday on a charge of theft by unlawful taking under $500, a class A misdemeanor. Driver's arrest stems from an investigation into a stolen credit card that was used at Farmer's Bank in Salem on April 13.

Driver was booked into McCracken County Jail.
