An Alabama man was arrested in Marshall County Wednesday after he allegedly made death threats.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called shortly after 1 am to Dogtown Road in reference to a disturbance. Police said a man called 911 and said he was going to kill someone and also kill any officers that responded.

Deputies went to the man's home and arrested 22-year-old Brandon Rashad Kyle of Birmingham, AL. Kyle was charged with 3rd degree terroristic threatening and lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
