A Wingo man has been arrested for allegedly receiving stolen property, and also on drug charges.

According to the Graves County Sheriff's Department, deputies responded to 1280 Almus Rd to follow up on two different burglary cases that were reported to the Sheriff’s Office. Both were reported in the area of Almus Rd to Glover Hall Rd. in southern Graves County. Deputies spoke to multiple people in the area and they stated 41-year-old Terrance Tyler Wilson had been seen in the area.

A search warrant was obtained for Wilson’s residence, where more than $500 worth of stolen items were located and recovered.

Wilson was driving by the house while the search warrant was being executed and deputies pursued him a short distance. He was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property over $500 but under $10,000, and five counts of illegal possession of a legend drug.

The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending. Wilson was taken to the Graves County Jail.
