Man Arrested on Identity Theft, Other Charges

A Smithland man has been arrested on identity theft and other charges.

According to the Livingston County Sheriff's Department, an investigation into electronic bank transactions led to the Thursday arrest of 31-year-old Jeremiah R. Tabor. He is charged with four counts of misuse of electronic information to an automated bank device, four counts of theft of identity and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card between $500 and $10,000. 

Tabor was taken to McCracken County Jail.
