The Ballard County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop after reportedly noticing several traffic violations.
Deputies identified as Thomas Sowers as the driver and determined that he was driving with a suspended license. A search of the vehicle reportedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Sowers was lodged in the Ballard County Jail.
He is charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance second offense, operating on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and license plate not legible.
