KSP Seeks Info on Man Who Disappeared 20 Years Ago

State Police are asking for help from the public in locating a man reported missing more than two decades ago.

According to Kentucky State Police Charles C. Massey was reported missing by his family in April of 1996 to KSP Post 2, Madisonville. Massey has not been heard from or seen since April 2, 1996.
