KSP Releases Traffic Check Point Locations

As folks gear up for the holiday weekend, Kentucky State Police is issuing a reminder that they will be conducting traffic safety checkpoints throughout the area to check drivers for compliance with laws including DUI statutes. 

KSP asks drivers encountering a traffic safety checkpoint to have their driver's license, vehicle registration receipt and proof of insurance ready. They say most drivers can expect to be delayed for no more than 30 seconds to a few minutes.
