Joint Investigation Leads to Two Meth Arrests

Two women were arrested on drug and other charges late last week in Marshall County.

Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office assisted Kentucky Probation and Parole officers at a home on Bill Hammel Lane. Two women at the home, Brittany May of Gilbertsville and Christina Byrn of Paducah, were arrested.

May was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Byrn was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
