Jackson Purchase Energy employees honored fallen co-worker Josh Franklin on Saturday by escorting his funeral procession from Paducah to Fredonia with the power company's fleet of trucks.

The tribute included a section of Blandville Road lined with bucket trucks that formed an archway of buckets extended over the roadway.

The procession continued along Interstate 24 and US 641 to graveside services near Fredonia.

Franklin came in contact with a live electrical wire on Jan. 6 while on the job. He died at Nashville's Vanderbilt Hospital on Monday.
