The Marshall County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in a burglary investigation.

According to deputies, someone burglarized the Indian Hills Gas Station in Hardin around 2:30 Monday morning. The person and his vehicle were captured on video surveillance cameras.

Sheriff Kevin Byars said tips from the community led to 18-year-old Charles Paisley of Hardin being charged in the case. Paisley is charged with 3rd degree burglary, 2nd degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking under $500.
