Graves Police Cite Ohio Man on Drug, Theft Charges

An Ohio man faces drug and theft charges in Graves County. According to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to a home at 3882 State Route 564 in Farmington Tuesday night on an unwanted subject call.

Deputies said 29-year-old Bradley Diecker of Cincinnati had been staying at the home for the last few weeks. While at the home, Diecker allegedly consumed several bottles of alcohol and stole and consumed several prescription pills.

According to police, Diecker was found in possession of approximately 170 prescription pills not in the proper container. He was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center where he was admitted.

Diecker was cited to court for theft of controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container and criminal mischief.
