According to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, a home in Water Valley was burglarized on Oct. 12 and several weapons were stolen. Over the last few weeks, deputies said they were able to recover all but one of the stolen weapons.
According to deputies, 32-year-old James M. Futrell of Water Valley came to the sheriff's office on Friday and confessed to burglarizing the home. He also turned over the last remaining stolen weapon to detectives.
Futrell was arrested and charged with 1st degree burglary. He was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
