Deputies arrested 27-year-old Curtis Draper of Kevil and 28-year-old Kenneth Throgmorton of Paducah. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
Detectives later searched an apartment the two men were seen leaving from earlier in the day. During the search, deputies found marijuana in a bedroom. The woman who lived at the apartment, Brittiany Nicole Hollan of Fancy Farm, was cited for possession of marijuana.
