Graves Deputies Arrest 13 in Drug Round-up

MAYFIELD, KY - An early morning drug round-up in Mayfield and Graves County has resulted in 13 arrests as of 8:30 am Tuesday. 

According to Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon, area agencies met at 5:30 am in Mayfield and began knocking on doors at about 6 am. The investigations were conducted by the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, the Mayfield Police Department and the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force. Those agencies were assisted in the round-up by the Kentucky State Police, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office and the Graves County Jail Tuesday morning.

The following individuals were arrested and lodged in the Graves County Jail.
  • Terral Starks of Mayfield – trafficking in controlled substance 
  • Richard Poindexter – trafficking in controlled substance within 100 feet of a school
  • Catherine Naylor – three counts of trafficking in controlled substance
  • Geunnie Gee – trafficking in controlled substance
  • John Wilson – three counts of trafficking in controlled substance
  • Sara Tyler – trafficking in controlled substance
  • Amber Kayse – trafficking in controlled substance 
  • Joy Cullen – trafficking in controlled substance 
  • Ginger Dees – two counts of trafficking in controlled substance
  • Deloris Jones – trafficking in controlled substance
  • Shelia McNeill – three counts of trafficking in controlled substance
  • Jose Melendez – four counts of trafficking in controlled substance
  • William Harris – four counts of trafficking in controlled subtance

More arrests are expected over the next few days.
