Two Graves County residents face drug and firearm charges.

Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says deputies responded to 129 Franks Road, south of Sedalia, after receiving a tip about illegal drug activity taking place at the home of 47-year-old Brian Bugar and 47-year-old Lori Morris.

Redmon said when deputies arrived, they found illegal drugs in plain view, along with several firearms. A search warrant was obtained and during a search of the property, deputies found five firearms, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Bugar was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, facilitation to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Morris was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
