According to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, the collision happened on KY 121 North at the exit ramp of the 24 mile marker of the Purchase Parkway. Deputies said a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Dawn Winstead was traveling north on the parkway and exited at the 24 mile marker.
Winstead stopped at the stop sign and then pulled out in front of another vehicle driven by 44-year-old Rebekah Butler traveling south on KY 121. Butler struck Winstead on the driver’s side causing serious damage to both vehicles.
Butler, Winstead and her passenger, 67-year-old Linda Crews, were transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
