A Georgia man has died after a crash early Sunday morning in Trigg County.
Trooper Jay Thomas with the Kentucky State Police said KSP Post 1 got a call shortly after 1 a.m. from Trigg County dispatch about a fatal crash on US 68 near Energy Lake Road.
Thomas said the initial investigation showed 20-year-old Kolton Bush of Forsyth, GA, who was stationed at Fort Campbell, was traveling west on US 68/80 when his pickup ran off the road and went into a ravine.
Bush was pronounced dead on the scene by the Trigg County Coroner. He was reportedly wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
Thomas said the crash is still under investigation.
