A former Murray High School teacher and coach accused of placing a video recorder in a bathroom was indicted Tuesday.
Mark Boggess was originally facing a total of seven counts after being arrested April 25 by Murray Police. School staff reported finding a recording device set up in the bathroom of the nurse's station.
According to the Calloway County Circuit Court Clerk, Boggess was indicted Tuesday on three counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and eight counts of voyeurism.
He is expected to be arraigned on July 2.
