Emergency Training Exercise Today in Mayfield

Mayfield and Graves County first responders will be participating in a training exercise today at the new CFSB location on Highway 45 North at the Dick Castleman bypass.

The scenario- based training exercise is intended for first responders to gauge readiness and identify areas of needed improvement during a critical incident response.

The Mayfield Police Department, Graves County Sheriff’s Office, Mayfield Fire and Ambulance, Graves County Emergency Management, Jackson Purchase Medical Center, and personnel from CFSB will participate in the exercise.

The exercise will take place from approximately 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Citizens should be aware that first responders will be in the area during the time of the event, and that it is a training exercise only.
