According to the USGS, a 2.9-magnitude earthquake rattled the area around 4:16 am.

The center of the quake was less than a mile south of Caruthersville, Missouri, not far from the Tennessee / Kentucky / Missouri line area.

There's no word on exactly how far away from the epicenter that the quake could be felt.  The depth of the quake was around 6 miles.
