Dorena-Hickman Ferry Re-Opens

The Dorena-Hickman Ferry has re-opened.

The ferry was forced to close Monday due to high winds.

The ferry reported wind gusts of 32 to 36 miles per hour Monday that created extremely choppy conditions on the Mississippi River, and several boats operating nearby for barge lines had to pull to shore due to the high winds.
