Disturbance Call Leads to Arrest in Marshall Co.

GILBERTSVILLE - Marshall County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched Thursday to Gilbertsville for a disturbance call.

Upon arrival deputies found that a man, identified as Dillon Nicholas, had allegedly entered a home and assaulted several people inside, and had damaged property while doing so. 

They spoke with Nicholas, who was still at the scene, and he was placed under arrest. 

Nicholas was charged with first degree strangulation, first degree burglary, first degree assault, first degree criminal mischief, third degree terroristic threatening, and fourth degree assault.
